Think Tank for Sustainability (TMG)

The upcoming Global Soil Week (GSW) 2019, themed “Creating Enabling Environments for Sustainable and Climate Resilient Agriculture in Africa,” is set to take place in Nairobi, Kenya from May 27th to May 30th, 2019. This esteemed event has served as a pivotal platform for stakeholders and partners since its inception in 2012, convening in both Berlin and Nairobi to address critical issues concerning soil health and sustainable land management.

With a focus on fostering collaboration and innovation, the GSW 2019 aims to unite governments, civil society organizations, and diverse groups of land users dedicated to advancing soil restoration and implementing sustainable land management practices on the ground. By bringing together a wide array of stakeholders, the event seeks to catalyze actionable solutions and drive positive change in agriculture across the African continent.
