THEMED: ROAD TO 2030 – MAKING THE AFRICAN FOOD SECURITY A REALITY

This 2 day conference will kick start discussions aimed at building a refocused program and establishing monitoring mechanisms to address the needs of a dynamic food security program. Poverty, climate change, food price hikes, water scarcity, land rights, fairer agricultural policies – all of these issues and more will be addressed to ensure that infinitely better management of natural and financial resources and more strategic investment are implemented. The Exhibition will run alongside the event and will show case latest technologies and other innovative products and solutions

Food security has become a growing concern for governments and industry leaders and has become a focus of reform for most African states. However, ensuring food security can be a daunting task. There are myriad factors and interrelated parts that, in combination, make food security a complex challenge.
